Returns Policy

• Returns can be requested within 7 days of order delivery.

• To qualify for a refund, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition,

  • Returned with all original packaging,

  • Free from any damage or signs of wear.

• After approval of the return request, the product will be arranged for pickup and returned to our warehouse.

• Return shipping charges (one-way) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests can be made within 7 days of purchase.

• All exchanges are subject to product availability.

• Courier charges for both pickup and redelivery will apply for exchanges.

• Items requested for exchange must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
